Smart Fluent Consultancy was established in 2022 to deliver professional management consultancy services and related supplies to Public and Private Sector organisations. Our goal is to contribute towards the building of institutional capacity as a contribution to our nation.

We focus on improving the ability of our clients to comply with all relevant legislation and best practice requirements by designing and implementing a wide range of finance standard operating procedure manuals and tools.

Backed by our solid and in-depth expertise and experience in the public and private sectors, and donor communities, Smart Fluent has various skills and resources in line with the requirements of its clients. Our resources comprise of complimentary teams with technical expertise and training at different levels of development. The teams include our collaborative work with our clients’ staff, thereby ensuring a continuous transfer of skill at all stages of the implementation of our projects.
